We read and talk about leadership constantly, but do we really understand it?  Leaders must be trained from childhood so they can understand what being a leader truly is. It's not giving orders and expecting other to follow them but rather getting dirty with your peers and sharing blame when there's a need to. We want our children, family members and students to be in positions of leadership and help change the world. However, most of the time we forget to educate new generations in the emotional matters that create and shape leaders.
